In detail

Online store development: how we work

A store that sells from a phone

Most purchases happen on a smartphone, so we design the mobile version first. A catalogue with filters that don’t hide, a product page with big photos and the price on the first screen, a cart you never have to look for and a one-screen checkout — no forced sign-up.

Payment, delivery and inventory

We connect online payment via LiqPay, monobank or WayForPay and delivery by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, with branch selection right in the cart. Orders flow into your CRM or inventory system, and you get a notification for each new one.

If you sell tickets, bookings or dishes rather than goods, we build the same for your scenario: online tickets like the Aquamarine aquarium, or food orders like the SLOE restaurant.

Customer accounts and loyalty

Shoppers see their order history and delivery status, and you can run a loyalty programme: tiers, bonuses, personal discounts. That’s what we did for the ÉCLAT patisserie — a three-tier programme that brings customers back for the next order.

Which platform we use

We pick the stack for the job: Shopify or WooCommerce when you need a quick start and a familiar admin, Next.js and Node.js with PostgreSQL when speed, custom logic or a large catalogue matter. We explain the pros and cons of each option up front, so the store doesn’t need rewriting a year later.

What stops a store from selling

Forced sign-up before purchase, a multi-screen checkout and delivery terms hidden until the very end are the main reasons for abandoned carts. We show delivery cost and timing on the product page and keep checkout to one screen.

Another common problem is a catalogue where nothing can be found: no size or price filters, a search that doesn’t forgive typos, photos of different sizes. And finally, a store without analytics, where the owner doesn’t know at which step buyers drop off. We set up sales analytics and a checkout funnel from day one.

Price and timeline

An online store costs from $1,000 and takes up to 12 days. The price depends on the number of pages and templates, design complexity, integrations (CRM, payments, delivery) and languages. The calculator gives an estimate; the exact price is fixed in the contract after the brief. After launch we can help with growth — see SEO and support.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does an online store cost?

From $1,000. The base includes a filtered catalogue, a cart, online payment and delivery, CRM integration, a customer account and sales analytics. We calculate the exact figure after the brief and fix it in the contract.

How long does a store take to build?

Up to 12 days from the agreed brief. It depends on the catalogue size and integrations — we fix the timeline in the contract.

Which payment providers can you connect?

LiqPay, monobank and WayForPay. If you need another one, we’ll check its API and tell you whether it can be connected.

Will it integrate with Nova Poshta?

Yes. We connect Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta delivery with branch selection at checkout.

Who fills the catalogue?

We can fill it from your data (a spreadsheet, an export from your inventory system) or set up an import. We agree on the scope during the brief.

Does it work for tickets or bookings?

Yes. We build online ticket sales, bookings and food orders — like the Aquamarine aquarium or the SLOE restaurant. The cart and payment logic is set up for your scenario.

Will customers have an account?

Yes, a customer account with order history is part of the base package. If needed, we add a loyalty programme with points and tiers.
